Job Description :

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, ordering, and scheduling of window, door, and siding installations. This role ensures that materials are ordered promptly, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and installation schedules are maintained to provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with sales and design teams to review project specifications.
• Order windows, doors, siding, and related materials from suppliers accurately and on time.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and installation teams.
• Schedule and oversee installation appointments, ensuring timely project completion.
• Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, and installers regarding project timelines and updates.
• Track project progress and resolve any logistical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of orders, schedules, and customer communications.
• Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in project coordination, scheduling, or logistics, preferably in construction, remodeling, or home improvement industries.
• Proven track record of working with suppliers and managing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of windows, doors, and siding products
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
