The Opportunity
We are a market leader in software products and services for the creative & marketing ecosystem with Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Express, Firefly and Experience Cloud. Reporting to the Director of AI / ML Customer Engineering, New Business Ventures, the successful candidate will be a strong enterprise developer who values customer orientation, has a passion for coding, and a deep interest in new technologies (e.g., generative AI, creative workflows) with a business mindset.

What you’ll do
- Leveraging discovery and workshops to identify Foundry use cases that unlock business value for customers.
- Working with internal and customer stakeholders to craft a vision and point of view that aligns Foundry solutions to the customer’s strategic business and creative issues.
- Understand business & customer needs, and devise working prototypes.
- Define the ideal technology architecture based on the customer’s current and future state.
- Script and record compelling technical demo videos that illustrate product capabilities.
- Influence product roadmaps; validate and iterate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders; gather technical product feedback from sales, customer success and professional services.
- Serve as a technical expert on emerging technologies in Adobe Firefly Services (APIs), Creative Cloud technologies, and related Digital Experience APIs.
- Ideate and code creative enterprise product and workflow prototypes using knowledge of creative production, Adobe APIs, external APIs, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and research teams to build prototypes using existing and new technologies.
- Explore additional technologies and synthesize trends and impacts for Adobe (what's next).
- Present product demos to Adobe senior leadership and represent Adobe at customer and developer events.
- Embed for post-sales success in up to 3 simultaneous customer Foundry engagements.
What you will need to succeed
Minimum technical skills : JavaScript / Node.js (server-side, front end), API tools (Postman, App Builder), HTML / CSS, React (Spectrum or similar), Python a plus, low-code connectors a plus (PowerAutomate, Zapier, n8n, or similar).10+ years as a developer (full-stack preferred; familiar with API methodology / usage).10+ years hands-on experience with Creative Cloud or competitive applications in the creation of static, vector, 3D, and / or video content.Deep technical and customer knowledge across creative, document, digital experience, generative AI, and workflow / low-code spaces.Analytical and strategic problem solver able to use data to advise decisions.Ability to work autonomously with a track record of delivering on time.Strong collaboration across functions and engineering teams.Exceptional executive and customer communication skills; capable of conveying sophisticated technical and product ideas.Strong executive presence presenting to large stakeholder groups both virtually and in-person.Ability to storyboard, produce, and edit your own demos using relevant tools and platforms.Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 20%).Extreme owner mentality with founder-style work ethic.Team-oriented with low ego and a collaborative approach.Compensation and Notices
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 $242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and by knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). For non-sales roles, starting salaries are base salary with potential for short-term incentives. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
