Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed to provide specialized support for middle school students in Thousand Oaks, CA, on a contract basis for the remainder of the school year. This position serves as an OT backfill, requiring dedication to delivering high-quality occupational therapy services within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to middle school students to support their academic and functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and support staff.
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in pliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
• municate effectively with teachers, parents, and team members to optimize student outes.
