What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound cement shipments with logistics and customers
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Lead and develop terminal staff through coaching and performance management
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and operational readiness
  • This isn't an office job only, will work in the plant as well

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Proven ability to manage logistics, maintenance and operational workflows
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and tracking
  • Someone with some maintenance and supervisory skills in cement, terminal shipping, construction or transportation background could be successful in this role.

    • Work Environment

    This role operates in a dynamic industrial setting, including both indoor office and outdoor terminal environments. It may require occasional lifting, climbing, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Safety is a top priority in all aspects of the job.
