Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual (English / Spanish) Therapist to join our Child & Family South Counseling Center, an outpatient program serving children ages 6-18 and their families. In this vital role, you will provide therapy in both English and Spanish, helping clients navigate challenges in a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver care through both in-person and teletherapy options, making mental health services accessible and impactful for our community. Ideal candidates will bring strong interpersonal skills, cultural humility, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of children and families. We welcome applicants who are Master's-level unlicensed therapists (with a candidate permit), licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), or Doctoral-level psychologists (licensed or unlicensed). Schedule. We offer flexible work arrangements, either a 5 x 8-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) or a 4 x 10-hour workweek. Our hybrid model allows for a mix of remote and in-office work, with an expectation of being in the office at least two days per week and working from home 2-3 days per week. This schedule may be adjusted based on client and community needs.

Salary for this role.

Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours / week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of experience or licensure and company equity.

• Unlicensed Therapist : $58,489.60 - $80,026.62per year.
• Licensed Therapist : $66,512.16 - $91,016.64 per year.
• Unlicensed Psychologist : $70,010 - $83,473.46 per year.
• Licensed Psychologist : $99,493.68 - $118,627.08 per year.

Bilingual Language Differential Pay.

Qualifications

Requirements :

Master's or Doctoral degree in professional counseling from a program that's accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), COAMFTE (Commission on Accreditation for Marriage & Family Therapy Education), or CSWE (Council on Social Work Education).

At least two years of clinical experience providing care, including conducting individual, familyand / or group therapy.

Colorado Licensure Requirement : If you currently hold an out-of-state license, it is a condition of employment that you obtain the appropriate Colorado licensure through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) within 30 days of your hire date.

Required Vaccination and TB Test.

Proof of both the flu shot and negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested if necessary.
