Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will assess, develop, and provide speech, language, and feeding / swallowing services to preschool and school-age students. You will design therapy programs tailored to each child's communication needs while supporting classroom success and meaningful social engagement.

Responsibilities Include :

• Screen, evaluate, and diagnose speech, language, and feeding / swallowing needs following ASHA guidelines.
• Develop therapy goals and intervention strategies aligned with each student's IEP and school philosophy.
• Deliver direct and small-group speech therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain documentation, including evaluation reports, daily notes, progress summaries, and IEP updates.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, parent conferences, and professional consultations.
• Assess the effectiveness of classroom language / communication strategies and collaborate with educators to support communication in academic settings.
• Act as a child advocate and help support communication goals across home, school, and community environments.
