This opportunity features 24-hour shifts, with weekday duties in the Cath Lab, TEE procedures, inpatient rounding, and Heart Alert call coverage. Weekend coverage focuses on inpatient rounding and Heart Alert duties. Job Details Location : Pennsylvania Start Date : Jan 5, 2026 LOA : 120 days Provider Type Needed : Interventional Cardiologist Schedule : Monday–Friday : Cath Lab, TEE procedures, and inpatient rounding during the day; Heart Alert on call from 1700–0800 Saturday–Sunday : Inpatient rounding during the day; Heart Alert coverage until 0800 Monday morning Responsibilities and Duties Provide inpatient interventional cardiology care Perform procedures in the Cath Lab Conduct transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) Complete daily inpatient rounding Deliver Heart Alert on-call coverage as scheduled Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Additional Information Must possess active Pennsylvania medical license Board certification in Interventional Cardiology required Prior experience in inpatient interventional cardiology preferred Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
