Job Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator at Polaris Pharmacy Services will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team by coordinating and facilitating the hiring process. This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition strategy.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Manage job postings on various job boards and the company's career page, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs, representing Polaris Pharmacy Services professionally.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Education and / or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting or human resources role.Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus.Physical Demands
May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, bend, walk.May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.May lift and / or move up to 30 pounds.Holiday & PTO Policy
