Fire Sprinkler Pipefitters Needed Experience- 60-72 Hours / Week

Job Title :  Fire Sprinkler Fitter

Pay :  $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Position Summary :

Leapros  is seeking experienced Fire Sprinkler fitters with a strong background in fire sprinklers to support industrial startup, testing, and installation activities. Ideal candidates are skilled in interpreting construction documents and executing high-precision mechanical work on industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

A sprinkler fitter is responsible for installing, modifying and inspecting sprinkler systems. They can work for plumbing companies or be independent contractors. Regardless, their typical duties and responsibilities include :

Installing sprinkler and hose systems

• Repairing defective sprinkler systems
• Assembling pipes, tubes and other types of fittings that carry water to and from sprinklers
• Testing the sprinkler system to ensure it works
• Educating clients on the importance of fire prevention and the importance of checking their sprinkler system is working

Requirements :

3+ years of fitting experience; commissioning / startup experience preferred

Proficient in reading and interpreting P&IDs, isometrics, system schematics, and building plans

Familiarity with system cleanliness standards and flushing procedures

Must have OSHA 10 certification

Must have own tools and PPE

Ability to work in elevated or confined spaces

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
