• Float between ICU, Step-Down, PACU, and MTC based on staffing needs\n
• Deliver direct care to critically ill patients : assessment, intervention, continuous monitoring\n
• Administer IV meds and treatments per provider orders and hospital protocols\n
• Respond to codes / emergencies using BLS / ACLS standards\n
• Document care in EPIC EMR accurately and timely\n
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to drive optimal outcomes\n
• Assist with PACU or MTC patient holds when needed\n
• Uphold infection control and patient safety best practices\n\nQualifications : \n
• ADN or BSN preferred\n
• Active RN license (state of practice)\n
• BLS & ACLS — required\n
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience in an acute care hospital\n
