Director, Product Marketing Owner HCP For HIV
Our company has been committed to advancing science for the treatment and prevention of HIV for more than 35 years. Our rapidly growing HIV Business Unit consists of 3 inline products, a product currently under review by the FDA, and an active research pipeline.
We are currently recruiting for a results-driven and strategic Director, Product Marketing Owner HCP for HIV. As a key leader within our rapidly growing Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving substantial future growth and making a meaningful impact on the lives of people living with HIV.
This is an exciting time for a talented and passionate leader to join the launch team for our investigational novel treatment for HIV with the potential to add other assets which are in early development. The Director, Product Marketing Owner HCP will play a critical role in charting the course for a significant launch in the HIV market by leading a Customer Agile Team (CAT) while taking ownership of Brand and HCP Strategy and Execution. This position will report to the U.S. Commercial Leader (USCL), HIV Treatments and will be based in the Upper Gwynedd, PA office.
You will lead and mentor a high-performing CAT, comprised of several direct reports who are brand marketers. Additionally, the CAT consists of experts in campaign design, development, and measurement. Your leadership will translate brand priorities into actionable and innovative plans that drive strategic direction, deliver exceptional value to customers, and exceed stakeholder expectations. This high-profile position is designed to further develop your strategic and commercial leadership skills, positioning you for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities :
- Lead brand and HCP strategy development and serve as subject matter expert for market understanding and HCP customer insights
- Develop HCP promotional campaigns, marketing solutions and effective execution strategy across personal and non-personal channels to address complex challenges with innovation and ingenuity
- Generate, synthesize, and leverage insights from multiple data sources to deepen market understanding and inform strategic decisions, optimize promotional impact, and define and track marketing KPIs for continuous improvement
- Deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and external audiences, translating strategy into actionable plans.
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing Customer Agile Team (CAT), comprised of experts in marketing, campaign design, development, and measurement
- Take full responsibility for leading CAT in setting and meeting strategic priorities and quarterly objectives; lead agile quarterly planning stages to enable teams to quickly and effectively respond to changing business needs and priorities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise including Sales, Global Marketing, Data & Analytics, Medical Affairs, Policy, Payer Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, L&D, Global Communications, Regulatory, Legal / Compliance
- Manage agency relationships and budget
- Contribute to broader portfolio strategy by providing insights and recommendations on go-to-market approaches and cross-brand synergies
- Partner with other Product Marketing Owners to drive transparency, coordination, and prioritization across the team
Education :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA / BS).MBA or equivalent preferredRequirements :
Minimum of 10 years combined experience in pharmaceutical marketing, customer segment marketing and / or payer marketingProven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns for pharmaceuticals, covering various stages from clinical development pre-launch planning to brand launch, and post-launch optimizationExperience leading product positioning, branding and using data to make informed decisionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations and effectively engage diverse internal and external stakeholdersAdaptability to change, and a successful history of collaborating with various teams in a team-based setting including marketing, sales, medical, and other cross-functional partners to achieve business resultsSolid business acumen with fiscal management experienceExperience in HIV preferredDeep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital and non-digital channels, and experience working with agenciesPreferred Skills :
