Role Overview :

Provides hands on sorting and preparation support for producing accurate quality and quantity of recycled paper stock for mill customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Consistently demonstrates and incorporates principals of safety for self and others into daily activities.
• Attends required safety training and participates in emergency drills and exercises.
• Reports all safety and quality problems to the Production leads or Production Manager.
• Sort materials, such as paper or plastics, into appropriate piles for further processing.
• Remove all foreign materials, such as metals, wood, and plastics, depositing materials into collection bins
• Stack and band pallets and Gaylords per requirements of facility
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Compensation Range : The pay range for this position is $17.55 - $26.30. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $18.00 to $18.83. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
