We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with a focus on injection molding process development and optimization. You'll own critical manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues on the floor, and drive improvements to yield, quality, and throughput. Depending on experience, you'll grow from supporting process development to leading major initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.

Working Conditions / Hours
Salaried Exempt. Physical Demands – Office and Manufacturing Environment. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, use hands to handle or feel objects, stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and may lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Work environment includes both office and shop environments with noise and risk of physical hazards. Personal protective equipment may be required.
