Vendor Management Specialist

A mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Contract & Vendor Management Specialist for a 6-month contract opportunity. This full-time position offers $35 per hour and standard business hours of 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. The company is focused on improving access and equity in healthcare through research, advocacy, innovation, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and manage contracts, amendments, and related documentation across departments.
• Coordinate approvals, track implementation, and maintain accurate vendor management records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency in contracting and vendor processes.
• Perform quality checks, ensure compliance with approval workflows, and manage vendor folders and databases.
• Provide regular updates to management and assist with special projects as needed.
