Business Process Analyst Job Summary

Business Process Analyst Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and technical systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and create detailed business cases
- Design and develop system modifications or new processes to improve performance and productivity
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure system requirements are accurately implemented
- Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance
- Analyze error test results and recommend solutions to optimize code efficiency and system stability
- Create insightful dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support decision-making
- Maintain clear documentation of data flows, system configurations, and code to facilitate ongoing support and enhancements
Business Process Analyst Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong knowledge of business and technical process analysis, with experience in systems such as production, inventory, or financial systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessHands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and application development using C#Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to create dashboards and automate workflowsAbility to understand and document data flows, translate data between programming languages, and comprehend established codeExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailBusiness Process Analyst Position Requirements
