Facilities Coordinator (Remote)
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will support more than sixty commercial office, care delivery, and pharmaceutical facilities across the Western central United States. This role involves monitoring and reporting financial analytics, assisting with work order management, and ensuring accurate tracking and validation of all relevant documentation. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $55,000 annually or $26.44 per hour and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $65,000 annually or $31.25 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
