Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,506 per week in South Bend, IN

Job Title : Occupational Therapist Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty : Inpatient Rehab Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 8 hours (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Experience : Minimum of 1 year preferred License : State licensed required Certifications : BLS, NBCOT Must-Have : Charting experience required Description : Position available for an Occupational Therapist in Inpatient Rehab. Schedule is 5x8 days, Monday through Friday. Weekend coverage needed as required during flexing off days. On-call requirements are not applicable. Floating may be necessary between acute care and rehabilitation units. No holiday coverage is required. Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from the facility. Experience with Cerner charting system is mandatory. Scrubs color is grey. Preferred experience includes adult rehabilitation and adaptive equipment assessment. Skills in acute care settings and knowledge of various patient conditions are required. The job involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care. Candidates should have the ability to conduct assessments and create plans of care. Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements is expected. Candidates should be willing to obtain all required certifications prior to starting. This position may require completion of certain training modules before the start date. Professional conduct is essential, and any conduct issues may lead to contract termination.
