Essential Functions
As a Hospice Liaison or Account Executive, you will coordinate and generate new business for hospice care by identifying new markets, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring seamless care for referred patients. You will nurture relationships between the agency, hospitals, medical professionals, and other referral sources while educating them about our hospice services. This role requires daily interactions with patients, medical professionals, and community members to ensure effective communication and documentation, working closely with agency staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
