Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced New Home Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of 100-200 homes annually. This role requires strong project management skills, leadership in the field, and expertise in residential new construction. The ideal candidate has experience in affordable housing developments and multifamily commercial projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage residential new construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and safety compliance reviews.
• Manage material procurement, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and project specifications.
• Provide leadership and direction to construction crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on project progress and challenges.
• Identify and resolve on-site construction issues proactively.
