What You’ll Do

As a Resident Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to wellness and independence. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing guidance and support to residents in their daily activities.
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and welcoming community environment.
• Assisting residents in achieving their personal goals and fostering life skills.
• Monitoring the residence to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Communicating effectively with residents and team members to ensure a positive living environment.
