Manage daily on-site operations from mobilization through close-out for retail fit-outs and renovations.

\n

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

\n

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

\n

Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams to address challenges and implement solutions.

\n

Oversee punch list completion and turnover process.

\n \n

5+ years of superintendent experience, with a strong portfolio of luxury or high-end retail projects in NYC.

Skilled in scheduling, subcontractor management, and site safety compliance.

\n

Adept at problem-solving in fast-track project environments.

\n

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to clients and brand representatives.
