Residential Construction Consultant

The national leader in the industry of Residential Construction Consulting has a Full time, or part-time / transition to full-time position available. Help people build or remodel their own homes. Great opportunity for qualified candidates.

Requirements :

• 10+ yrs Project management experience in new single-family home construction (and / or remodeling)
• Interest in being an advocate for owner-builder clients. Candidates must have :
• Well established and strong relationships with sub-contractors and vendor / suppliers serving the San Antonio and Surrounding Areas
• Solid business, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer and writing skills are a must.
• Team player orientation.
