Form Cleaner

Position : Form Cleaner

Work Location : North Randall OH 44128

Payrate : $18.20 / hr

Duration : 3 Months role with high chances of extension / conversion

Shift : 7 : 30 - 4 : 00 (Mon - Fri) occasionally Saturday 8 : 00 - 12 : 00

Dress Code : casual

Job Description :

Count inbound forms and verify against expected receipts.

Properly document discrepancies and damages.

Report such to supervisor / manager / lead.

Determine need for cleaning / oils. Sort as appropriate.

Safely operate hand tools to remove debris or damaged wood from forms.

Safely operate power tools such as grinder or table grinders to remove other debris / dirt from forms as determined to be needed.

Apply fresh Form oil as deemed necessary using provided sprayers.

Stack cleaned / prepped forms per category / size and stock / store properly.

Pick outbound prepped forms for transfers and / or live customer orders as required / instructed.

Perform general shipping processes such as wrapping and applying proper shipping labels etc.

Perform general housekeeping responsibilities such as sweeping mopping etc as instructed / needed.

Maintenance damaged repairable forms as instructed.

Requirements : Able to lift 75lbs.

Use all provided PPE as instructed / intended.

Operate forklift pallet jack grinder and hand tools such as hammers and chisels.

Basic math such as counting adding and calculating area (length x width).

Safe use of water-based form oil and applicator.

Other duties as assigned
