We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our client's finance team and take ownership of key accounting functions with a strong emphasis on inventory management . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing accounting experience who wants to expand their skills and grow into an Accounting Manager role in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE :

Manage and reconcile inventory accounting, delivering accurate analysis and reporting

Support monthly and year-end close activities

The Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial statements and performance reports

Contribute to cost accounting and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

The Senior Accountant will partner with supply chain and operations to strengthen inventory controls

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Provide guidance to junior accounting staff with potential for future leadership

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing

Strong background in inventory accounting and costing preferred

Skilled in ERP systems and advanced Excel

Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
