About the Role :
The Safety Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to environmental, health, and safety regulations while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Safety programs that minimize risks and enhance compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Safety Specialist will conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. Additionally, this role involves training employees on Safety policies and procedures to foster a safe working environment. Ultimately, the Safety Specialist contributes to the overall well-being of employees and the community while supporting the organization's commitment to environmental stewardship.
