Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role $1,578-$1,678 per week About the Role : Medadventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on support for occupational therapy plans in a Skilled Nursing Facility. • Implement treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Provide rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and functional independence.
• Accurately document treatment progress and patient responses.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications :
• Valid COTA certification and state licensure.
• Experience in a SNF setting preferred.
