Legislative Budget Analyst

Duties Description

Analyze and assist in the preparation of recommendations concerning the Governor's proposed budget; participate in budget negotiations and the preparation of budget bills copy and memoranda; draft, develop and analyze legislation; develop state policy proposal and oversee policy implementation; and orally present bills at Committee meetings answer questions posed by Members regarding proposed legislation. Performs such other duties as are necessary to the proper operations of the office.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree, Masters Preferred
