Physical Therapist- Acute Care / Hospital - Per Diem Level I - Days

Dept : Acute Care / Hospital

Location : Main Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL

Hours : 8am-4 : 30pm

Shift : Days

Schedule : Desirable candidates will be available a minimum of every other Saturday and an Additional Monday and / or Friday.

Part time / Full Time : Per Diem Level I

What you will need :

• The completion of a degree in Physical Therapy from an A.P.T.A. accredited school, or the equivalent
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association

General Summary :

Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, performs evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting and develops and implements individual Physical Therapy programs designed to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations.
