Assurance Staff

We are on the lookout for an Assurance Staff professional who's passionate about making a meaningful impact on our clients, our communities, and our team.

As an Assurance Staff , you will perform financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and other attestation engagements under the supervision of more experienced professionals across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, professional services, health care, governmental, wholesale / distribution, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, develop your technical knowledge, and begin building a rewarding career in public accounting-where your growth matters as much as your performance.

What You'll Do

• Perform audit and assurance procedures with attention to detail and a high level of quality
• Actively live out HT3 values and uphold the firm's professional service standards
• Research and analyze financial statement issues using relevant digital tools and resources
• Communicate results, findings, and opportunities clearly to team members and clients
• Carry tasks through to completion with accuracy and accountability
• Develop problem-solving and planning skills by identifying and proposing solutions
• Utilize assurance software and stay current on relevant computer applications to optimize efficiency
• Understand the economics of job performance and operate within firm and client budgets
• Attend and participate in Level 1 and 2 assurance training programs
• Work toward CPA certification (required for promotion to Manager level)
• Participate in professional and business organizations, staff recruiting activities, and client development events as assigned
• Maintain positive and constructive relationships with clients and internal teams
• Travel as required to serve clients across locations
• Maintain independence, integrity, and compliance with the Firm's quality control standards
• Achieve chargeable hours between 1,400 and 1,500 annually within the context of a 2,250-hour work year
