Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across different units.
• Quickly adapt to varying workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Engage in ongoing assessment and adjustments of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient discharge plans.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility to meet scheduling needs, including 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, 1 weekend, and holiday coverage.

Training and Skills Enhancement : Enhance your nursing skills with training in :

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIH Stroke Scale
• IV Ultrasound
• Cross-training as Charge Nurse to build leadership skills.
