Ridgecrest Summer Camps : Impacting lives for God’s glory through discipleship and adventure. Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC, our camps are designed for individual attention, maximum fun, and the safety of each child. We facilitate camper growth by offering a Christian camp program that has been around for 175 combined years. Camp Ridgecrest for Boys and Camp Crestridge for Girls each offer 25+ activities taught by solid Christian role models. Our staff are highly trained, committed believers with a heart for children / youth ministry. Our Assistant Camp Director of Discipleship and Programming plays a key role in supporting the overall operation of Camp Crestridge for Girls, with a focus on discipleship and program development while working closely with the camp's group of interns. By aiding in these ways, you will be playing a large role in "Impacting Lives for God's Glory Through Discipleship and Adventure.

Occasional Weekends and Holidays Required in the Summer - Requires Travel

Oversees intern work and executes summer staff selection and onboarding process at Camp Crestridge for Girls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages program development
• Manages discipleship development
• Assists with developing interns
• Assists with training and supervision of summer staff - retains summer staff
• Special Projects
• Troubleshoots and resolves any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth operations.
• Oversees weekend camps - programming logistics
• Other duties as assigned
