Job Title : Radiology Technologist

Location : Cumming, GA

Shift : 8-Hour Day Shifts

Duration : 13+ weeks with possible extension

Employment Type : Contract (W2)

Pay Rate : $53 per hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our healthcare team at a reputable medical facility in Cumming, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures and delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Prepare and operate radiographic equipment, including proper positioning of patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and imaging regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and quality assurance protocols.

    • Requirements :

  • Certification : ARRT (R) certification required.
  • License : Valid Georgia Radiologic Technologist License.
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year of clinical radiology experience preferred.
  • BLS Certification : Must be current and from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
