QC Technician (Food)- Graveyard

Our partner in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Production Worker to support their quality team! They are seeking a self-starter looking to build their experience and skills in the food industry, within quality and regulatory at their site in Cerritos, CA.

Schedule : 1st or 2nd shift + OT as needed

Pay : $18 / hr - $20 / hr

6 month contract-to-hire, with opportunity to extend or convert!

Responsibilities :

• Manage and conduct audits in a GMP environment
• Monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP), throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment
• Ensure proper guidelines for products during processing -Collect lab samples and environmental swabs
• Perform raw materials, in-line, and finished product inspections and record data
