Position Summary : As a Project Manager within the Implementation Management Office at CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, you will be responsible for operating an agile based / SDLC for a project team consisting of business resources while working with engineering in an implementation of large, complex business-oriented projects. The Project Manager will also be responsible for execution, risk and issue management and mitigation planning, project plan creation, budget, and resource management. In this role, you will assist with improving program and project management practices to ensure alignment with Specialty Pharmacy's strategic objectives. You will manage the full lifecycle of initiativesfrom initiation through implementation and manage performance monitoring, ensuring measurable outcomes that support operational efficiency align with business growth goals.
Responsibilities : Program and Project Management Delivery and Execution : Creating and adapting project plans, schedules, and resource forecasting as required throughout the project to respond to emerging requirements, outside dependencies and risks based on key value, OKR's and prioritized work. Facilitate project / program level meetings. Leverage CRAIID Log for Issue / Risk documentation and mitigation plans. Driving Continuous Improvement : Conducting lessons learned, recommending improvements and assist in changes to best practice. Continue to drive change management discussions with a focus on high priority work based on value, KPI's, OKR's. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence : Partner with internal partner organizations to manage dependencies, adjust plans, and maintain momentum across initiatives to align on delivery and execution of major programs and key initiatives. Mentoring and developing junior team members to build organizational capability and project leadership depth. Performance Tracking and Reporting : Forecast and manage resource allocation and budgets on a weekly basis, ensuring optimal utilization and financial accountability. Develop actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality. Conduct regular status reviews and deliver updates in both formal and informal settings to key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications : 5-8 years of work experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager required. Proficient communication skills and organizational skills. Experience working in a large-scale and fast-paced environment. Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills. Adept at collaboration, communication and teamwork. Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills. Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills. Understanding of various software development methodologies including Waterfall, SCRUM / Agile / Kanban. Proficient in MS Suite of Products including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, One Note, Teams.
Preferred Qualifications : Project Management Certification / Scrum Certifications. Experience in Healthcare industry. Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint. Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting. Smartsheet knowledge.
Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $66,330.00 - $145,860.00
