We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repair and Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform repairs on StemWave devices, manage spare parts inventory, conduct quality inspections, and deliver excellent client support. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and a passion for problem-solving. What You'll Do :
- Diagnose and repair devices following SOPs
- Manage spare parts and loaner inventory
- Document malfunctions, returns, and repairs
- Prepare repaired units for shipment and coordinate with logistics
Quality Assurance :
Perform inspections and provide feedback to improve QA processesAssist in consolidating feedback and participating in outbound QA proceduresService Calls :
Act as an escalation point for the Technical Service teamOversee advanced diagnostics, authorize component replacements, and communicate repair results to clientsShipments :
Support inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation, tracking, and client communicationAdditional Responsibilities :
