We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repair and Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform repairs on StemWave devices, manage spare parts inventory, conduct quality inspections, and deliver excellent client support. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and a passion for problem-solving. What You'll Do :

  • Diagnose and repair devices following SOPs
  • Manage spare parts and loaner inventory
  • Document malfunctions, returns, and repairs
  • Prepare repaired units for shipment and coordinate with logistics

Quality Assurance :

  • Perform inspections and provide feedback to improve QA processes
  • Assist in consolidating feedback and participating in outbound QA procedures
  • Service Calls :

  • Act as an escalation point for the Technical Service team
  • Oversee advanced diagnostics, authorize component replacements, and communicate repair results to clients
  • Shipments :

  • Support inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation, tracking, and client communication
  • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Support warehouse operations and cleanliness standards
  • Participate in team and manufacturer meetings
  • Contribute to special projects as needed
  • What You Possess

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and electromechanical systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and quality control abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining a clean workspace
  • What Were Looking For

  • 02 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production
  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactions
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting process improvements
  • Team player, physically capable of lifting up to 150 lbs
  • Passport required for occasional international travel

  • Experience in regulated industries (medical, defense, aerospace, biotech)
