Lead Teacher Key Responsibilities :
1. Curriculum and Instruction :
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a love of learning through creative and engaging teaching methods
- Observe and assess children's development and adjust activities accordingly
2. Classroom Management :
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentManage daily routines and transitions smoothlyAddress behavioral issues with positive guidance and support3. Family Communication :
Maintain open and effective communication with parents / guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activitiesConduct parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updatesEncourage family involvement and participation in school activities4. Health and Safety :
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom and common areasAdhere to all health and safety guidelines and proceduresSupervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-being5. Professional Development :
