Onboarding Associate

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to support the onboarding of new lenders onto their lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing the onboarding process for new lenders across various teams to ensure a seamless experience

Respond to partner requests and collaborate with training teams to educate stakeholders

Execute project plans and participate in partner meetings to address project progress and challenges

Required Qualifications

BS / BA with 3-5+ years of project management or customer success experience

Demonstrated understanding of project management processes and methods

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

High level of business acumen; B2B experience is a bonus

Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products is a plus
