Manages and organizes the activities of beverage services to maintain high standards and embody the spirit of SAHARA in our beverage quality, service and marketing
Job Focus :
Focus is on, but not limited to the following :
- Manage the operations of beverage services in bars, lounges and the casino floor
- Creates the daily and weekly scheduling of beverage staff and cocktail services
- Coordinates and implements SOPs, cocktail / beverage programs and service training for beverage staff and cocktail services
- Manage day-to-day shift operations, including floor management, staff management and the guest experience
- Manages implementation of policies and procedures and making team engagement a number one priority
- Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to Operations Manager
- Prepares daily orders, ensures units are stocked with appropriate levels of product
- Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
- Create guest experience that captures the SAHARA Las Vegas service culture and style

Desired Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 years work experience in a leadership role within beverage servicesWorking knowledge of mixology, wines, casino floor beverage service, VIP bottle service and all phases of beverage administrationStrong guest service, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skillsComputer skills including MS Office and Point of Sales systemsExceptional coaching and communication skillsMust be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License, Nevada Food Handler Safety card and Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
