We are looking for talented Sales Consultants to join our Boston market. The role involves in-home consultations, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects. You will build rapport with customers through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience and drive top results.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and sales team goals; own appointment scheduling and convert leads to sales; manage time and activities to meet deadlines, quotas, and customer requirements.
• Follow established Renewal sales processes; build relationships, instill confidence, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage details and documentation.
• Use Renewal selling tools; communicate clearly, listen actively, and maintain knowledge of Renewal offerings.
• Complete Renewal training, including pre-class studies and formal class sessions.
• Assess window needs, record accurate measurements, and translate measurements into a visual layout and scope of work.
• Present a professional Renewal appearance and image; arrive at appointments prepared and on time.
• Collaborate as a team to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Profit Sharing : 2025 target is $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated; paid quarterly based on profitability.
