Join a locally, family owned auto group that is constantly growing. This service dept. serves a large new car dealership with 6 franchises, Used Car departments, and Auto Body shops. This position is for someone interested in growth, advancement, and a career within a company that cares about its employees and treats them like family.

About Position :

Full-time

Pay is based on experience and would be commission based with bonuses.

Responsibilities :

• Meet and greet customers with a smile and have a great attitude.
• Do walk-arounds on vehicles.
• Talk with customer about their vehicle concerns and document them.
• Talk to insurance and warranty companies for authorization.
• Create estimates for customers and call for authorization.
• Close repair orders and keep customers up to date.
