Job descriptionWater damage restoration and flood cleanup Fire damage restoration and smoke damage repair Mold remediation and moisture control Emergency restoration services 24 / 7 Property restoration using state-of-the-art technology Perform water extraction , structural drying , and dehumidification Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation) Content cleaning , pack-out services , and debris removal Operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters) Vehicle maintenance and equipment care Job site cleanup and warehouse organization Inventory management and supply loading Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards Provide customer service with empathy during crisis situations High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Physical fitness - ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness test required) Background check clearance (FBI) Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Willingness to work overtime and flexible scheduling Construction experience or trades background Restoration industry knowledge Demolition or renovation experience Customer service skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Team player with positive attitude Empathy and communication skills Desire to learn and grow professionally Established company with 30+ years in business Comprehensive training program - no experience needed Career advancement opportunities Professional development and skill building Stable employment with growth potential Meaningful work helping families during disasters Team-oriented work environment
