Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Our client is expanding its real estate practice and seeks a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a high-performing team. This role partners directly with a senior attorney who represents major developers and commercial landlords across Maryland and beyond.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements
- Resolve due diligence and title / survey issues
- Handle commercial closings
- Prepare and negotiate commercial lease agreements for both landlords and tenants
- Maintain direct client contact and manage files with mentorship and oversight
