California Licensed Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Complex Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation (California).

Key Responsibilities

Manage catastrophic and large loss workers' compensation claims from initiation to closure

Provide excellent customer service and claim guidance to partner agents and customers

Develop and implement proactive litigation strategies to enhance settlement opportunities

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 7 years workers' compensation claim adjusting experience required

2+ years of catastrophic claim handling experience

Active licensing in applicable states required, with preference for California experience

Advanced knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements
