Warehouse & Shipping Specialist
We are looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Specialist to join our team and oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from production to delivery. In this crucial role, you will manage inventory, handle all aspects of shipping and receiving, and ensure the smooth flow of materials through our facility.

Key Responsibilities :
Logistics & Inventory : Take charge of receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing packages, and managing all related documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping logs.Production Support : Pull and stage raw materials for production runs, and ensure all unused materials are properly returned to inventory.Quality Control : Prepare and deliver finished product samples to the lab for final quality checks.Inventory Management : Maintain accurate electronic and physical inventory records, and ensure all shipping and packaging supplies are stocked and ready.Safety & Compliance : Operate a forklift safely in compliance with OSHA regulations, and perform daily equipment inspections.Facility Upkeep : Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and ensuring a safe environment at all times.Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all post-compounding operations, packaging, and shipping activities.Qualifications & Requirements :
Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping / receiving is essential.Proficiency in operating a forklift and a strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.Experience with inventory software and electronic record-keeping.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product identification and lot traceability.A proactive and organized approach to work.Take the Next Step : Are you ready to use your skills to make a real impact with a growing company?
