About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Financial Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Your responsibilities will include leading client meetings, delivering tailored financial advice, and proactively managing client relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction and retention.
You will craft, present, and implement comprehensive financial plans that encompass all aspects of client needs, including cash flow management, investment strategies, tax planning, insurance, retirement plans, and estate planning. The ideal candidate should be passionate about empowering clients to achieve their financial goals with empathy and integrity.
Successful applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar advisory role, a Bachelor's degree, and ideally hold a CFP®, CFA, or MBA certification. A Series 65 license is required for this position. The role necessitates a robust understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management best practices. Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio reporting tools is essential.
You should be adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. Experience in business development and a proactive approach to client engagement are highly desirable.
