Proficiency in using ICU technology and equipment, such as ventilators and heart monitors.Strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide effective and efficient care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and interact with patients' families.Ability to thrive in high-pressure, emotionally demanding situations with minimal supervision.
