We are looking for a Cyber Systems Manager in the Electronic Systems (ES) sector’s US Defense organization. The person is responsible for leading a dedicated team of cybersecurity professional supporting the Compass Call Electronic Warfare platform to include the application of cybersecurity engineering processes, tools, talent acquisition, talent development, and program performance.

Responsibilities include the following :

• Meet financial objectives (indirect expenses and labor utilization)
• Attract and retain high-potential employees to support the business; resolve resource / staffing issues and develop employees.
• Identify and develop critical cybersecurity and engineering skills required to meet business objectives.
• Develop strategies for improving and optimizing organizational performance
• Develop and maintain measures related to performance, quality and affordability of cyber resilience solutions.
• Establish goals and standards of performance, create cyber systems engineering estimates, staffing plans, and short and long-term portfolio-level cybersecurity roadmaps / plans.
• This position is in support of the Compass Call program with personnel predominately located in our Hudson, NH facilitiy.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $146670 - $249330

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
