The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with the hotels standards. This position ensures that guests experience a clean, safe, and comfortable environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors.
• Replenish room supplies (e.g., soap, shampoo, toilet paper).
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure carts and storage areas are clean and organized.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding keys, lost & found, and room entry.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or requested.
