The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of colleagues whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization. Position Summary / Responsibilities :

• Create billing estimates and educate patients on their financial liability pre-service.
• Request and secure pre-service collection.
• High telephone interaction with patients, payers, and clinical areas.
• Electronic worklist.
• Call center environment.
• Quality and productivity expectations.
