Software QA Manager

A company is looking for a Software QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team in transforming testing processes towards automation.

Key Responsibilities

Redefine QA processes to minimize bug leakage and implement best-in-class testing frameworks

Design and deploy automated testing suites to increase test coverage and efficiency

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

8-12 years of QA experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of transitioning from manual to automated testing

Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks and CI / CD integration

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation
